Objectives and basics of processing

We process your personal data provided in the CV and other recruitment documents in order to:

• including you in the recruitment process, or
• including you in future recruitment

based on your consent (basis from art. 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO)in the scope of data not mentioned in art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, or other specific provisions applicable pursuant to art. 221 § 4 of the Labor Code, and also based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) and c) ROPE, to the extent specified in art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code and to the extent that it is provided for by special provisions, in accordance with art. 221 § 4 of the Labor Code. Providing by you personal data referred to above above to the extent specified in Article. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code and to the extent that it is provided for by special provisions, in accordance with art. 221 § 4 of the Labor Code is necessary in order to carry out the recruitment process, it is mandatory, and failure to do so makes it impossible to properly conduct the recruitment process with your participation. Providing by you personal data referred to above in the scope not mentioned in art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, or other specific provisions applicable pursuant to art. 221 § 4 of the Labor Code and personal data referred to above is voluntary and is not a statutory, contractual or contractual requirement.

Data recipient

The data administrator may share your data with entities cooperating with him, entrusted with data processing, eg IT company, equipment service company, hosting companies, companies providing mail servers. The administrator will also share your situation data when it is necessary due to the obligation imposed on him.

Transmission of data to third countries or international organizations

The administrator does not transfer your data to third countries.

The period of data storage

Your data obtained in connection with the recruitment process will be processed:

• if you agree to participate in the recruitment process - until you terminate or withdraw your consent,
• in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment - until the consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of two years from submission of the CV and other recruitment documents.

Your rights

Please be advised that you are entitled to:

• the right to access your data and receive a copy of it
• the right to rectify (correct) your data
• the right to delete data.
• restrictions on data processing
• the right to transfer data
• the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, which we process based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been made on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.                          The request to delete data is tantamount to resignation from participation in the recruitment process.                          If you wish to implement the above rights, please contact us via email, traditional mail or e-mail with the use of the following data:

Automated decision making

We do not take decisions with you in an automated way and you are not subject to the profiling process.
